[hue-dev] Regarding different settings for dev,prod

I was trying to use different settings for production and development, 

All the configurations are taken from desktop/conf/pseudo-distributed.ini.

Could you please tell me, Is that possible to load different *.ini files when we run.

For Ex, In development , when I run the server, It has to take the conf from dev.ini and

When I run it in production mode, It has to take the configuration from prod.ini.

Or Is there anyother way I can change the configuration based on dev and prod at runtime.
