[hue-user] Hue 3.7 & Sqoop 1.99.4

When I click on "New job" in Sqoop Transfer, nothing happens In Hue. In firefox "Web Console", I'll see an error "self.from_config_values is not a function() [sqoop.js:216]" in JavaScript code. This bug is reproduced on Cloudera CDH 5.3.0 VM image.
