[cdh-user] CDH 5.2.0/Hive 13 issues with select queries

We upgraded from CDH 4.6. to CDH 5.2 and all hive tables with text input format are not able to give correct answers on select queries.

I see errors like:

Basically Hive is not able to get the value of the selected column, which is a bigint type but is parsing entire row as first column.

These queries work perfectly fine with CDH 4.6.
