[cdh-user] Something about the web console

       I have many users and give them different privileges on the hdfs directory.I use  the setfacl command and it works well  when i access the file using hdfs commands.

       In the web console(http://master:50070)

there exists a utility can browse the hdfs file system too.But default it uses user=dr.who.I want to change the user so that different user can  get different access(maybe need to enter a password or so to recognize the user),the problem is what need me to configure and how to do it ?

Hue (see demo.gethue.com) has a file browser that does what you want and more. I'd recommend you take a look.
