[cdh-user] Host Monitor, Down Event Server, Down Activity Monitor will not start.

Starting cloudera-mgr I run into a problem where the Service Monitor and the Alert Publisher both start with out any problems. Both are on the management node. The other three service do not start and give the fallow errors. I wonder if anyone else has had any problem similar to this.
